Geoffrey and Varya weigh in on Geoffrey’s upcoming courtroom date

Geoffrey says he’s not planning on “accepting anything other than a full exoneration.”

“When I first got arrested in June it was for domestic assault, which is bad in itself but it’s a misdemeanor. They tried to drop the chargers but the victim didn’t want to drop it. She pressed forward. They offered me no punishment whatsoever just to have it on my record,” he mentioned. “I said, ‘No. Absolutely not.’ They said, ‘If you don’t take it, we’re gonna take you to the grand jury, try to trump up the charges, we’ll try to get you on kidnapping…’ I was like, ‘You do whatever the hell you want to do. I am not accepting anything other than a full exoneration.’”

Today was imagined to be my listening to date for the June 2019 allegations. Unfortunately, it has as soon as once more been delayed because of the pandemic. I’ve been very desirous to go and reveal the reality surrounding the proof in query. I’ve frequently requested the earliest attainable dates each time in order that I expeditiously clear my identify. I’ve been pressured to cover underneath a rock and instructed that the “hate will just go away” if I ignored it. That isn’t me, and I can’t take fixed accusations from individuals, while I lie in silence, any longer. . These claims are the principle cause I’ve been lambasted with such vitriol. I can guarantee you, if any of those fables have been true, I’d bow out and settle for accountability. Not all is because it appears. I’ve been held again from defending myself, however the time has come that I stand as much as the incredulous and contrived circumstances that maintain compounding because of the viral unfold of sensationalized opinions and lazy, one sided, web reporting—meant just for clickbait. There are unscrupulous intentions behind this endeavor to defame me and it’s because of the custody conditions I’m presently in. Consequently, the one method for the precise fact to be recognized, is for me to talk out. . I’m 100% categorically harmless and I can not wait to share my trove of proof…quickly. From the onset of those allegations, there has at all times been an agenda with the only objective of sabotaging my custody battleS. There was by no means any kind of accusations till courtroom proceedings have been initiated. Furthermore, at no level was there any violence exhibited towards that lady or another lady—ever. These are merely mixed battles to win their egocentric battle. However, I’ll proceed to combat for what’s finest for my kids. Co-parenting appears to be a misplaced artwork when anger, resentment and jealousy are concerned. My aim is to look past mentioned fog and deal with what’s in THEIR finest pursuits. They are those that matter. . When one thing is incorrect, it doesn’t matter what it’s, I would be the first defender. I mustn’t have to vary this tactic when I’m concerned. . Stay tuned for THE fact, I’m getting ready it now for my very own tell-all.
