However, Home Minister Anil Deshmukh feels there isn’t any want for a CBI probe and that the Bandra police is ‘competent sufficient’ to deal with such instances.

“I’ve the tweets and the marketing campaign. But I don’t suppose {that a} CBI probe is required. The Mumbai Police is competent sufficient to deal with such instances and they’re investigating each side of the case together with skilled rivalry. As of now, we don’t see any foul play. Details of the investigation can be shared as soon as it’s accomplished,” he stated as quoted by Mid Day.

Meanwhile, in her post on Thursday, Rhea had written to Amit Shah stating, “Respected @AmitShah sir, I’m Sushant Singh Rajput’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. It has been over a month since his sudden demise. I have complete faith in the government. However, in the interest of justice, I request you with folded hands to initiate a CBI inquiry into this matter. I only want to understand what pressures prompted Sushant to take this step. Yours sincerely #satyamevajayat.”

It’s left to see what flip does this case take hereafter.
