Akshay Kumar pays a tribute to martyrs &
After Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, Bollywood famous person Akshay Kumar has paid a tribute to the martyrs of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) today.
In a tweet penned in Hindi, the actor paid a tribute to the valour of CRPF troopers, who fought off an assault by a Pakistani power on April 9, 1965. The CRPF now marks April 9 as Shaurya Diwas or Valour Day, and in his tweet, Akshay defined why this present day is a major one.
The actor’s tweet learn, “सन् 1965 में आज के दिन खुद से कई गुना बड़ी दुश्मन ब्रिगेड को @crpfindia की छोटी सी टुकड़ी ने गुजरात की सरदार पोस्ट पर पराजित कर मिसाल बनाई l वीरगाथा की स्मृति में मनाए जाने वाले ‘शौर्य दिवस’ पर आप सबको बधाई व वीर शहीदों को श्रद्धांजलि।” (On April 9, 1965, CRPF personnel fought off an enemy brigade greater than them at Gujarat’s Sardar Post and set an instance. In the tweet shared on his official account, PM Modi wrote, “The courage of @crpfindia is widely known. On CRPF Valour Day today, I salute this brave force and remember the bravery of our CRPF personnel in Gujarat’s Sardar Patel Post in 1965. The sacrifices of the brave martyrs will never be forgotten.”
