New Delhi: Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Saturday proposed the institution of the Indian Heritage and Conservation Institute underneath the Ministry of Culture. While presenting the finances for the monetary 12 months 2020-21, Sitharaman mentioned that Rs 3,150 crore has been allotted for the Ministry of Culture and Rs 2,500 crore has been allotted to the Ministry of Tourism.
