The tussle underneath the Uddhav Thackeray authorities of Maharashtra is growing. Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has taken a direct stand from the NCP amid the tussle between Congress and Shiv Sena concerned in Mahavikas Aghadi. Uddhav Thackeray has submitted the Bhima-Koregaon case to the NIA, which has angered NCP supremo Sharad Pawar. In such a scenario, questions at the moment are arising that whether or not the federal government of Mahavikas Aghadi will be capable to full 5 years or not?

Actually, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has handed over the investigation of Bhima-Koregaon case to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). In doing so, they overturned the choice of the Home Ministry of their authorities. The state's Home Minister is NCP chief Anil Deshmukh and has expressed deep displeasure over Uddhav's determination. <! –

Anil Deshmukh mentioned on Thursday that the Chief Minister has reversed his determination within the Bhima Koregaon case. Meanwhile, the Chief Secretary (Home) of the identical state, Sanjay Kumar, claimed that the house division of the state had no objection to the Bhima Koregaon case being handed over to the NIA. Now, Sharad Pawar, the supremo who performed a significant function in making Mahavikas Aghadi within the state, has focused Uddhav Thackeray over this whole matter. Pawar mentioned the choice at hand over the investigation of the Bhima-Koregaon case to the NIA is 'unconstitutional'.

Talking to reporters in Kolhapur, Sharad Pawar mentioned that the Central Government didn’t appropriate the case by handing over the investigation from Pune Police to NIA as legislation and order is a matter of the State Government. NCP Chief Sharad Pawar mentioned, "The Central Government did not correct the matter by handing over the investigation to the NIA and even more wrongly the state government supported it." Pawar mentioned, 'The conduct of some Maharashtra Police officers within the Bhima-Koregaon case was objectionable. I needed the conduct of those officers to be investigated. But the day the ministers of the Maharashtra authorities met the cops, at three o'clock within the night, the middle handed over your complete matter to the NIA. According to the structure it’s incorrect as a result of felony investigation comes underneath the jurisdiction of the state.
