New Delhi : In Khureji Khas in north-east Delhi, 75 girls who had been on starvation strike voted in opposition to the amended Citizenship Act (CAA) on Saturday. She has been sitting on starvation strike for 5 days. Sharika Anjum (32) mentioned that each girl sitting on indefinite starvation strike voted.
When requested in regards to the points on which he voted, Anjum mentioned, "I voted to save the Constitution and defeat Hindu-Muslim politics." Farida (21) mentioned that she, alongside along with her father within the morning, voted at a polling station about half a kilometer from the protest venue. <! –
He mentioned, 'I voted for India and its unity. We voted in opposition to hate politics. Falahuddin Falahi (34), who has been becoming a member of the protest in opposition to CAA for 27 days, mentioned that the ladies returned to the protest venue after voting within the morning. In Khureji Khas, round 300 girls have been protesting in opposition to the Revised Citizenship Act (CAA) for 27 days.
