Department of Telecommunications will take punitive motion on firms for delay in cost of arrears

The Department of Telecommunications is contemplating taking punitive motion on the telecom firms that did not pay the adjusted gross income (AGR) arrears following the Supreme Court's outrage and stern directions.

Signs of motion after monday

Sources within the Department of Telecommunications mentioned that many of the places of work are closed on account of Saturday. In this case, the division will wait until Monday for cost. It will then think about sending discover and taking punitive motion as per the phrases of the license. An official of the division mentioned that 5 notices have already been given to firms.
