ED to summon Rhea Chakraborty in reference to Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case & 

Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty and different involved events shall be summoned subsequent for questioning after Enforcement Directorate (ED) quizzed Sushant Singh Rajput’s CA Sandip Shridhar in reference to late actor’s dying case on Monday. Sushant’s dying case has taken a brand new flip after the late actor’s father KK Singh filed an FIR in opposition to Bollywood actress Rhea and members of her household in Patna. 

In the criticism lodged in opposition to Rhea and 6 others, Sushant’s father has accused them of abetting the actor’s suicide, monetary irregularities and psychological exploitation. Days after Sushant’s father had levelled some critical costs in opposition to Rhea and her household, the ED had registered an Enforcement Case Information Report (ECIR) within the ongoing dying case of the late actor on July 31.

Talking concerning the criticism, Sushant’s father had alleged monetary irregularities and claimed that round Rs 15 crore was withdrawn from Sushant’s checking account which had no hyperlink with the late actor. According to a report filed by information company ANI, it has been realized that Sushant’s CA Sandip was grilled concerning the transactions concerning financial institution accounts of the late actor.

“ED has recorded his statement and will question further if required,” an official was quoted as saying by the information company. “Rhea Chakraborty and other concerned parties related to the case will be summoned for questioning,” the official added.  


A group of Bihar Police is already in Mumbai to research the matter after Sushant’s father filed an FIR in Patna. Sushant’s father has filed the FIR in opposition to actress Rhea below sections 306 (Abetment of suicide), 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint), 342 (Punishment for wrongful confinement), 380 (Theft in dwelling home), 406 (Punishment for prison breach of belief) and 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing supply of property) of IPC. Sushant died by suicide at his Bandra residence on June 14. The late actor is survived by his father and 4 sisters.
