Basant Panchami is on the 29th of January. On today, Mother Saraswati is worshiped and flowers and bhog are supplied to her. Yellow is essential on Basant Panchami.

Ingredients to make Kheer of Bhog:
Basmati canine rice – four cups (50 grams)
Powdered sugar – ½ cup

Raisins – 2 teaspoons
Almonds – 10 (chopped)
Cashew – 10 (chopped) cardamom – 6 crushed
Saffron threads – 30
Milk – 1 liter
Silver Work: One
How to make Bhog Kheer:
To make Kheer of Bhog on Basant Panchami, first wash the rice totally with water and clear it. <! –

                 After this, soak the rice in water for a minimum of 30 minutes and depart.

Now to make Kheer, put milk in a clear massive jar on low warmth and let it boil. After this, add saffron threads and stir till the colour of saffron dissolves in milk and turns into yellow.

Put the rice in boiling milk with water. Also stir it with a spoon in order that it mixes properly with milk. Cook it for a minimum of 10 minutes till the milk begins to thicken barely.

After this, add chopped dry fruits and raisins and blend it and add powdered sugar together with it. Allow the kheer to prepare dinner on low warmth for a minimum of 2 to three minutes.
