Former BSF jawan Tej Bahadur has filed an utility within the Supreme Court towards the election of Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Varanasi. He has challenged the Allahabad High Court's resolution to quash the petition. The Allahabad High Court believed that Tejbahadur was neither a Banaras voter nor a candidate towards Prime Minister Modi. His petition was rejected on this foundation.
Tej Bahadur Yadav, a former BSF soldier, had filed a nomination towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Varanasi. His nomination was later canceled on the cost of giving false info. He had posted a video complaining in regards to the high quality of meals served to BSF jawans, by which he had made a number of critical allegations towards military officers. <! –
