According to Mail Online, jogging for just 50 minutes a week is so beneficial that it reduces the risk of premature death by up to 30 percent. This reduces the chance of developing heart diseases by 30% and the chance of cancer by 27%.

For this research, scientists from Victoria University Melbourne have previously analyzed the results of 14 investigations on the same topic. In the report, scientists say that if we adopt jogging for 10 minutes a day, it can have a surprising effect on our health, reducing the risk of life-threatening diseases like heart disease and cancer.

Explaining the reason, scientists say, “Jogging reduces human weight, lowers blood fat and increases the amount of good cholesterol. These are the factors that give humans a long life by protecting them from these deadly diseases.
