The Chief Minister requested the Union Ministers to point out whether or not they have start certificates issued by authorities companies.
Kejriwal informed the legislators within the meeting that if they’ve start certificates, they need to elevate their palms. After this, out of 70 members of the Delhi Assembly, solely 9 MLAs raised their palms.
