You could have eaten 'Egg curry' many occasions however have you ever achieved the Hyderabadi Anda Salan dish Telecom Regulatory Authority of India? If not, what’s the delay? Here is the easy recipe-
four eggs boiled and peeled
2 tomatoes blended
2 boiled onion paste
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste,
half teaspoon garam masala
2 small cardamom
1 piece cinnamon
1 bay leaf
A spoonful of purple chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder
Salt and oil as required. <! –
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the boiled eggs and take them out. Fry the bay leaves and boiled onion paste within the remaining oil. Add turmeric, cumin, purple chilli and salt and fry it.
Mash and blend the tomatoes. After this, combine ginger garlic paste in it. After this, fry the spices on medium flame till it begins leaving the oil. Heat 1 cup of water for gravy and add.
Add fried eggs and let the eggs cook dinner within the gravy for some time on medium warmth. After this, grind cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and make powder and put them within the curry.
