Two completely different delicate earthquake shocks of two.Eight to three.four have been felt in elements of Assam and Nagaland today. According to an Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) official, the depth of the primary earthquake tremor at Wokha in western Nagaland at 5.12 am was measured at 3.four on the Richter scale.
The epicenter of the tremor felt for just a few seconds was at a depth of 28 to 30 km from the bottom. The IMD mentioned that the second earthquake tremor was felt in Tezpur in northern Assam at 5.35 am. Its depth on the Richter scale was 2.8.
According to IMD, a minimum of 27 completely different average and delicate earthquake tremors have been felt this month in areas bordering Myanmar and Bangladesh, together with varied northeastern states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Nagaland. <! –
