Irrfan Khan's Angrezi Medium crew mourns his demise; director says in letter, 'We laughed about you dying'

In a bit of reports that has left your complete world in deep shock, Indian actor Irrfan Khan handed away. He was 54. The actor was admitted to a hospital on Tuesday. Filmmaker Shoojit Sircar confirmed the information of his demise on social media and his followers, buddies and followers have been in deep shock since. 

Many movie trade members together with Akshay Kumar, Priyanka Chopra, Amitabh Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and Karan Johar amongst others, took to social media to mourn the demise and provide Irrfan’s spouse, Sutapa and their kids heartfelt condolences. 

Actress Radhika Madan, who labored with the actor in his final movie, Angrezi Medium, expressed her grief. In her message, the actress shared how grateful she was that her paths crossed with Irrfan on this lifetime. Offering her condolences, the actress, who was visibly emotional, stated, “I dont know what to say… my heart aches when i write this. He was one the strongest people i knew, a fighter. And so are  Sutapa ma’am ,Babil and Ayan. Im just grateful that our paths crossed in this lifetime. He is and will always be an inspiration to many.A legend. The man who changed the wave of the indian film industry.May his soul rest in peace.”

Homi Adajania, who helmed the movie, penned an elaborate notice remembering the actor. “We laughed about you dying… in actual fact we frequently abused your “uninvited guests” ….” he stated, including, “but I didn’t think I’d feel so f****** broken when I heard what I was expecting to hear for a while now.”

He expressed his gratitude to have been given an opportunity to be part of the actor’s journey. “I am eternally grateful for walking a few steps of your journey with you. I am eternally grateful that I could call myself your friend. I am eternally grateful for memories stuffed with so much joy, so much laughter in such little time,” he wrote. 

Alongside {a photograph} with Irrfan, the filmmaker shared, “You once told me how you had an inexplicable love for your craft, but didn’t want the stardom anymore. Well, you never needed to be a star my friend, because you shone brighter than anything in the universe.”

Producer Dinesh Vijan, who backed Angrezi Medium, launched an official assertion mourning the actor’s demise. Remembering the legend that Irrfan was, Dinesh provided his household condolences and guaranteed them that they may all the time be there. 

“We are thankful for experiencing Irrfan’s resilience and spirit. We’re thankful for being allowed to witness his love and passion for everything around him.  So yes, all I can say is thank you to him for letting us be a part of his journey,” he stated. 

The producer additional stated, “There is no one like Irrfan and I’m going to miss him very much. Rest in peace my friend I know that he could spread his wings and soar only because he had his wife Sutupa as his rock. My heartfelt condolences to her and his sons. We are always there for them and I know that they know this.”
