After Tobey Maguire’s wonderful run as Spider-Man again in early to mid 2000s, Andrew Garfield was roped in to star in reboot titled The Amazing Spider-Man. Andrew Garfield returned to play Spider-Man as soon as once more in The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

While Marvel Studios refused to simply accept or deny the report, it has been stated that he’s in last talks and can quickly be approaching board formally. In the post credit scene of Spider-Man: Far From Home we noticed JK Simmons returning as J Jonah Jameson tying in Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man films to MCU. 

Now, with the sturdy report of Jamie Foxx’s Electro coming to MCU, Andrew Garfield’s The Amazing Spider-Man films may also be tied in to the Tom Holland starrer. 

There have been rumours that Sony Pictures creating a live-action Spider-Verse film. With each Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield’s Spideys tying in to Tom Holland’s model, the live-action Spider-Verse taking place truly looks like an actual risk.

Interestingly, again in 2013, Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige had despatched an electronic mail to then Sony head Amy Pascal about Jamie Foxx’s Electro in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The electronic mail that was later leaked had learn, “Really love Electro – feels like you may not need the scene in his apartment, which makes him seems completely crazy and hard to relate too [sic],”
