Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Shailendra Kumar mentioned on Tuesday that the scheduled panchayat by-election from March 5 within the state has been postponed as a result of safety causes. By-elections had been to be held in eight phases from March 5 for greater than 12,500 panchayat seats in Jammu and Kashmir.
