While she stated Khushi remained composed, it was her father who was extra affected by it. While chatting with Anupama Chopra of Film Companion, the 23-year-old was quoted saying, “My sister is supremely cool and powerful, so she is like, ‘Just don’t give a sh*t, it’s positive.”

Unlike Khushi, the actress’ filmmaker-father was affected by the criticism and backlash that was directed in direction of her. Janhvi accepted that every one that did “hurt” her father. Worried about her daughter, Janhvi then revealed how Boney would take care of her in the home. “There were a couple of days when he was literally stalking me in my house because he did not know how low I was feeling,” she was quoted saying. 

Meanwhile, Janhvi newest launch Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl primarily obtained a constructive response from the critics and the viewers as properly. Although it created an issue after the IAF had complained to the Central Board of Film Certification and Dharma Productions about its ‘undue negative portrayal’ within the movie.
