In a transfer shocking for these eagerly awaiting the brand new 37th season, former Jeopardy! champion Ken Jennings is becoming a member of the present in a brand new function as consulting producer.

Ken Jennings has been employed as a guide on ‘Jeopardy!’

The announcement that Jennings had been introduced on in a brand new function, as consulting producer, was made days out from the present’s 37th season premiere and on the present’s Instagram account.

Accompanied by a video that includes Trebek and Jennings, the post stated merely, “Getting hyped for #Jeopardy37? So are we! Check out this sneak peek of what’s to come September 14.”

“We’ve made some changes,” the 80-year-old Trebek stated within the video. “And I think you’re going to like them!”

An announcer then added, “The best participant of all time joins the Jeopardy! workforce. Entire classes offered by the GOAT himself.”

At the top of the video, Trebek reassures viewers, “Don’t worry, I’ll still be the host.”

The new season, in fact, will mirror a redesign in mild of the continuing pandemic.
