Kerala authorities declares lockdown waiver scheme for 14 districts

The Kerala authorities on Friday introduced a four-tier lockdown leisure scheme for all its 14 districts. The districts are labeled into 4 classes to mirror the severity of Kovid-19 at these areas: Red, Orange A, Orange B and Green.

Kasaragod, Malappuram, Kozhikode and Kannur have been marked as 'purple', that means they’re probably the most susceptible to the virus, and full lockdown will stay till 3 May, the day the nationwide lockdown is anticipated to finish.

Pathanamthitta, Ernakulam and Kollam have been marked as 'Orange A' and might be underneath full lockdown by April 24 and are anticipated to be partially exempt thereafter. <! –

The districts of Alappuzha, Trivandrum, Wayanad, Palakkad and Thrissur have been marked as 'Orange B' and might be underneath full lockdown by 20 April and are anticipated to be partially exempt thereafter.

Kottayam and Idukki are marked as inexperienced, indicating the whole absence of the virus at these areas, and the lockdown will look like lifted after 20 April.
