new Delhi: The Supreme Court will hear today on the petition of the Central Government looking for the execution of Nirbhaya's convicts individually. In truth, the Central Government has challenged the order of the Delhi High Court, through which the courtroom mentioned that the culprits can’t be hanged individually. Earlier, whereas showing for the Center within the High Court, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta had mentioned that there’s a deliberate delay on behalf of the convict.

Mehta had mentioned that there needs to be no delay in hanging within the curiosity of justice and that the culprits needs to be hanged on the earliest. <! –

The acts of the responsible are disgusting
Tushar Mehta had mentioned that the actions of the culprits had been very disgusting and had shaken the conscience of the society. Therefore, his hanging can’t be delayed. Such delay could have an inhuman impact on the society in addition to the culprits. He had mentioned that Pawan Gupta's evaluation petition has been dismissed. He has not but filed the healing and mercy petition.
