New Delhi The Supreme Court has dismissed the reconsideration mercy petition of Vinay, convicted within the Nirbhaya gang rape and homicide case. The courtroom reserved its verdict after listening to the arguments of all of the events to Guruvar.

The convict's lawyer AP Singh challenged the mercy petition rejected by the President and challenged it within the Supreme Court. The lawyer had given his plea that the entire authorized course of has not been adopted within the case of convict Vinay. <! –

                 Also, the convict Vinay is mentally unwell, so he must be sentenced to life imprisonment as a substitute of hanging. But the courtroom rejected this reality.
