The UP Cabinet on Saturday authorised the 'UP Excise (Disposal of License for Premium Retailers of Foreign Liquor) Rules, 2020'. Licenses of type FL-4-C can be given for retail sale of overseas liquor in sealed bottles in malls. These licenses may be obtained by any eligible individual, firm, partnership agency, proprietary agency or society. <! –
