New Delhi : The sister of former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today moved the Supreme Court in opposition to Omar's detention below the Public Security Act (PSA).

Senior advocate Kapil Sibal will plead the case on behalf of Omar Abdullah. He has pleaded earlier than the bench of Justice NV Ramanna for an early listening to within the matter.

Sibal advised the bench that he had filed a habeas corpus petition and opposed the detention of Omar Abdullah below the PSA. <! –
