Rishi Kapoor expresses outrage over wait in Nirbhaya case&
Bollywood star Rishi Kapoor took to social networking to state their viewpoint from the current Delhi Court hearing from the curative plea of Pawan Kumar Gupta, one of several four demise row convicts into the Nirbhaya group rape and murder situation. Many of this star’s supporters commented regarding the post and seconded his opinion. One individual composed, “Absolutely ridiculous… Many people see this as India as a weak state and that is dangerous to the democracy of India. When her mother cries for justice outside of court, we 130 crore people failed her collectively.”
Another one wrote, “Absolutely! They have made a joke of this case. What kind of judiciary is this? Heart goes out to those parents. Maybe the creeps will finally die of Corona Virus”
To those unaware, Delhi Court features deferred the execution of this four demise row convicts post the rejection of convict Pawan Kumar Gupta’s mercy petition.
“The condemned convict must not meet his creator with a grievance in his bosom that the courts of this country have not acted fairly in granting him an opportunity to exhaust his legal remedies,” stated the judge.
The 2012 Delhi gang-rape situation included a rape and deadly attack that happened on 16 December 2012 in Munirka, Delhi. A physiotherapy intern had been outdone, gang-raped, and tortured in a personal coach and all sorts of the accused had been arrested and faced with intimate attack and murder.
The mercy petitions of three convicts Mukesh Singh, Vinay Sharma and Akshay Thakur have now been dismissed because of the President.
