new Delhi: The nation's new Central Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) Sanjay Kothari took oath of workplace on Saturday. According to an announcement issued by Rashtrapati Bhavan, Sanjay Kothari took the oath of workplace of the Central Vigilance Commissioner earlier than the President at 10.30 am on Saturday.

Kothari has beforehand been the Secretary to the President. He was chosen for the post of recent Vigilance Commissioner by a high-powered committee headed by the Prime Minister. However, the consultant of Congress included within the committee had objected to the collection of Kothari.
