Darkseid is among the mightiest beings within the DC universe, and whereas Hal Jordan (and most different Green Lanterns) doesn’t boast any pure superpowers, his emerald ring of willpower permits him to fly and create bodily constructs from his thoughts. That doesn’t assure victory in opposition to Darkseid, however it positively offers him higher odds of survival. Obviously having the opposite Justice Leaguers by his facet could be preferable.
