Subramanian Swamy says Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has no objection in initiating CBI probe into Sushant’s case&
Indian politician and Bharatiya Janta Party MP Subramanian Swamy has lauded Bihar Police and the ‘freehand’ given by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to the regulation enforcement company within the ongoing Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise case. On Wednesday, the BJP MP revealed that Bihar CM Nitish has no objection in terms of launching a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry into the actor’s demise.
There is not any denying that the tragic demise of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has despatched shockwaves via the Indian movie business. Weeks after Sushant’s premature demise, the late actor’s father KK Singh has lodged an FIR in Bihar towards Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty and 6 others for abetment to suicide on Tuesday.
Sushant’s father has levelled severe fees on Rhea and members of her household whereas filling the grievance on the Rajiv Nagar police station. After the stunning flip of occasions, BJP politician Swamy has vowed that he’ll provoke a CBI probe into the matter. Taking to Twitter, the BJP MP credited Bihar CM Nitish for giving the state police a freehand whereas investigating the suicide case of the late actor.
“I spoke on phone to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar. I praised Patna Police & free hand he has given for the thorough investigation& the FIR. Since now there are two probes, I will initiate for a CBI probe. He said he has no objection but wants justice done for Sushant and culprits caught,” Swamy mentioned in a tweet.
“Patna Police has investigated and registered a FIR on several offences SSR mysterious death but Mumbai Police has not got beyond Inquest under Section 174 of Cr. PC and not registered a criminal case reveals the possible mindset of Mumbai Police,” he added. In the wake of the grievance filed by Sushant’s father, Bollywood actress Rhea has moved the Supreme Court searching for switch of an FIR from Patna to Mumbai.
