‘Teen Mom 2’: Jenelle Evans Says CPS Illegally Took Her Children

Jenelle Evans is taking the time to clear up all of the rumors about what occurred when Child Protective Services took her youngsters away final 12 months. The incident occurred after her husband David Eason shot the household’s canine. Now, the previous Teen Mom 2 star is giving her tackle what occurred and calling CPS out.

David Eason admitted to taking pictures the canine

On Apr. 30 2019, Evans’ ex Nathan Griffith requested police to carry out a wellness examine on his and Evans’ son Kaiser after he believed that Eason shot a canine in entrance of the kid.

As a result of the incident, Evans’ three youngsters had been faraway from her custody.

Despite the entire backlash Eason and Evans obtained, Eason finally admitted to taking pictures the canine.

“It was a situation where my daughter, her health, her safety was in danger,” Eason instructed People TV’s People Now.

“This was something that nobody wants to ever have to do. The dog was aggressive. Yes, she might not be huge or whatever, but you know when a dog bites a child on the face more than one time, then it should never be around the child again. If you give the dog up for adoption, one day it’s going to be around children again.”

He reasoned that taking pictures the canine was cheaper than calling the police.

“If you call the authorities at that point, the law says the dog has to be euthanized. I’m not going to pay anyone to euthanize my dog when I could do it myself.”

Evans and Eason broke up shortly after the incident, however now that they’re again collectively, she is telling her aspect of the story. In a YouTube video titled I Have Something to Say, she and Eason recount the occasions that occurred that led to CPS taking the kids.

“She was a loving dog to me, but she was not loving toward our kids at all,” Eason mentioned. “I loved the dog, the kids loved it. But she didn’t love the kids. Anytime we were taking a video of the kids riding their bikes, playing outside, we’d have to delete the video, not even be able to post it because she didn’t play nice. She would bite their feet, she would bite the wheels on her bicycle. She wasn’t always vicious, but she had a lot of vicious tendencies. She really was kinda mean. We put up with it for a long time.”

Later within the video, Evans acquired into what occurred between her household and CPS.

“I received a voicemail from Kaiser’s teacher at school and it said that his grandmother came and picked him up,” she mentioned. “She had no rights or grounds. She had no custody.

“CPS came to the daycare and actually was asking her a bunch of questions, they interviewed Kaiser and they didn’t tell her any details about that interview or any allegations or concerns that they had,” she alleged.

Eason went on to say that CPS and the agent on her case took her youngsters “with no signed judgment saying that she had any grounds to.”

Evans regained custody of her youngsters in July of that 12 months.
