The “Hot Topics” desk was hotter than ever when the co-hosts began speaking about politics. McCain was seemingly upset that Bloomberg has been gaining traction and expressed her doubt he might win over Trump.

“I think the idea that [Bloomberg] is going to coast through this… You have to win over the mid-west and coal miners and people that are not attractive to the democratic coalition and Trump has that locked and loaded,” McCain mentioned. “And I’m sorry, a guy that wants to take away your Slurpee, is gonna have a real problem in coal-mining towns!”

“And you know what? A guy who wants to take away your health care is even in worse shape!” Behar fired again.

This was the purpose the place McCain misplaced it and began throwing low blows in the direction of Behar.

“You know what, Joy? I’ve been right about election stuff and you’ve been wrong,” McCain mentioned. When Behar requested how she was improper, she mentioned, “you thought Trump was going to lose in 2016 and I didn’t.”

When Behar reminded McCain that Hillary Clinton obtained extra votes than Trump, the Republican pundit tried to belittle the previous.

“Does that make you feel good at night? He’s still in the White House. It’s a ridiculous thing to say every single day on this show. He is president, move on!” McCain shouted.

“Everyone on this panel repeats themselves, ok?” Behar replied.

“You’re trying to make yourself feel better, it’s weird,” McCain then mentioned.

“I don’t want to make myself feel better, I want him out!” Behar mentioned sternly to a cheering viewers.

Fans go off on Meghan McCain

Fans weren’t proud of the way in which McCain dealt with herself throughout the debate and the way nasty she was with Behar. After the second aired dwell, viewers took to Twitter to make their opinions heard concerning the conservative co-host.

“Can I just say, being passionate women is great. Screaming, being rude, and always talking over your co-hosts isn’t. It’s not fun to watch either. Seriously girl, calm down,” a fan commented.

“Please tell me why Meghan feels the need to scream over Joy and act like she’s the most knowledgeable person on the panel? I’m quite tired of her behavior,” a viewer said.

“I will no longer watch this show because of Meghan McCain. I am so done. All she does is scream like the child she is. She’s not the smartest political pundit she thinks she is. Bring on Ana Navarro for good,” a Twitter user added.

“I significantly don’t perceive why The View retains Meghan on the present. The manner she treats individuals is disgraceful. She is all the time proper (in her thoughts) and is condescending to anybody that disagrees along with her, particularly Joy Behar. Please hearth Meghan,” one other fan tweeted.

“Meghan defending Trump is scary to me. Does she know he hates her father and calls her vicious names?” one other viewer pointed out.

“Fire Meghan McCain. She is terrible, hateful, and feels her opinion is the one opinion that issues. Let this be her final 12 months on The View,” one other Twitter user suggested.
