What do you need-Cucumber – 2 cups peeled, grated, semolina – 1 cup, yogurt – cup, coriander – 2 tablespoons finely chopped, tomato – 1 tbsp finely chopped, inexperienced chili – 1 tsp finely chopped, ginger – 1 Tsp finely chopped, chaat masala – small spoon, crimson chili powder – small spoon, baking soda – small spoon, salt – as per style, oil – 1 tbsp.

Create like thisPeel the cucumber and lower it lengthwise into 4 items. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, asafetida and carom seeds and fry them. Fry chopped inexperienced chilies, chopped ginger, onion paste and tomato puree. When the masala leaves the oil, add cucumber items and a glass of water and blend properly. Cover it and let it cook dinner for 4-5 minutes or till the cucumber turns into mushy. Mix turmeric powder, coriander powder, crimson chili powder and salt and cook dinner for 2 minutes. Then flip off the gasoline. Add garam masala and pour chopped coriander over it and serve.
