In a report by the World Health Organization (WHO), one in 10 Hindustanians has been reported to have most cancers of their lifetime and one in 15 deaths from this illness.

According to the report, 11.6 lakh new problems with most cancers have been revealed in India in 2018. The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has launched two studies 'WHO and who labored with it earlier than World Cancer Day (Tuesday)'.
