Karan cuts birthday cake with household&

It’s Karan Johar’s 48th birthday and the filmmaker celebrated the big day by slicing a Okay-shaped cake together with his mom Hiroo and twins Yash and Roohi. KJo, as he’s fondly referred to as by his followers, shared a video of the cake-cutting session on his Instagram account.

The video opens with a shot of Karan’s giant birthday cake. He says, “Alright, it’s Dadda’s birthday but I want Yash and Roohi to blow the candles.”

The director-producer’s lovable children fortunately comply with the instruction as they take turns to blow the candles whilst Karan sings ‘Happy Birthday to Dadda’ within the background. Post that, he asks his children if he ought to eat the cake. “No,” they are saying, reasoning that their Dadda will grow to be fats. “But it’s my birthday, let me become little fat,” KJo says in his defence. Later, we see Yash and Roohi consuming the cake as Karan offers a shocking response to that.

The filmmaker shared the video on the picture and video-sharing platform with the caption, “Birthday love !!! #lockdownwiththejohars #toodles”
