“[Lara Jean and John are] true friends,” Condor stated. “Their friendship is also a very deep love. Because you can love your friend very much, you get confused because you’re like, ‘Oh man, do I love him or do I love him as a friend?’ It’s very confusing.”

Nevertheless, it’s seemingly To All the Boys: P.S. I Love You could put followers into the footwear of Lara Jean. Of course, after the primary movie, most followers have fallen for Peter. But after watching the sequel, Condor admitted the film shifted her views.
