CPI (M) General Secretary Sitaram Yechury has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. In the letter, Yechury reminded the guarantees made to the individuals of Kashmir on the discharge of the detained individuals, the lifting of restrictions by means of its media, the resumption of democratic course of and the abolition of particular standing of the state.
The challenge of home arrest raised prominently within the letter
